Nutrition Coaching includes an initial interview and education session (up to 2 hours) and 1 session per week of continued guidance and monitoring of your food and water intake. Prior to the initial session, you will be asked to keep a dietary log for 3-7 days to get a realistic view of your current eating habits.
60-minute sessions of individual personal training by appointment only
Perfect if you just want to workout solo or with a friend in the location of your choice! Programming will provide you with a progressive workout program and scheduled weekly check-ins for accountability on your fitness and nutrition. Programming can be tailored to your needs and be planned for 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
You let me know how many days per week to schedule and if you have areas you want to focus on, and I will create a plan for you!
*Prices subject to training sessions per week and number of weeks. Minimum programming is 3 days/week for 4 weeks = $60
